Reveal® Aligners Remake & Return
If there is a manufacturing concern and the case needs to be remade please return trays for review and correction.
Reveal® Individual Aligners
To replace 2 or more aligners for lost or damage

Treatment Adjustment

Reveal® Plus Refinement – Same Treatment Goal / Same Final Occlusion
When case is not tracking to expected progress, lab will review and provide aligners to properly finish.
Reveal® Plus Revision - New Treatment Goal / New Final Occlusion
When a new treatment setup approval process is required to create new treatment goals/ new occlusion.
Reveal® Refinement – Same Treatment Goal/ Same Final Occlusion
When case is not tracking to expected progress, lab will review and provide aligners to properly finish.
